GP Appointments
We offer routine and on the day GP appointments.
Advanced Clinical Practitioners Appointments
The Advanced Clinical Practitioners (including Advanced Nurse Practitioners) are available for both routine and on day appointments, they are specialists that deal with a number of specialist chronic illnesses as well as managing a number of acute on day presentations
Practice Nurse Appointments
The Practice Nurses not only manage patients with chronic conditions, they also provide sexual health and travel advice, general health checks and any problems related to your well-being or questions you may have.
Their appointments are available to book up to 3 months in advance. If you suffer from any chronic condition our aim is to undertake your annual review around your birthday month.
Travel Vaccination appointments are available with our Practice Nurse, prior to this you will need to complete a travel questionnaire. Please be aware that there is a charge for some vaccinations, refer to the vaccination price list.
Health Care Assistants (HCA) also offer a variety of appointments. These include routine and urgent blood tests. Blood pressure checks (Hypertension) Diabetic foot checks, ECG’s and Spirometry’s. These appointments are on a daily basis.
